For instance, randomly stating their "Blueberry Cobbler Donut" might not have been the right approach. Additionally, mentioning the name change to NASDAQ Stock Market may not appeal to a younger target audience, which seems to be their focus by launching a Twitter campaign.
Their headline and intro paragraph are well said and straight-to-the-point, but the following paragraphs position Dunkin' Donuts' message different ways. Overall, I understand the communication goal for a U.S. celebrated holiday, but offering the free donut giveaway globally seems confusing considering most countries do not recognize the holiday.
